Day 7 of COVID -19 Isolation

Day 7 of COVID -19 Isolation

Aimee and I decided to to the Gravel Loop behind our house, I think I have done may have already talked about this ride. It is one of our favorites, as it is a around 20 miles, all gravel roads some of which are closed to cars. Highlight on ride is a 50 Foot waterfall at the back end of the Upper Chattahoochee River Camp Ground. Water fall name is Horse Trough Falls (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horsetrough_Falls )

What I remember most about this ride is Aimee kicked butt. She road a borrowed Mountain Bike (Thank’s WOODY from Woody’s Mountain Bike Helen GA.) and I road a My Trek Mountain bike. She loved the control she had with the Mountain Bike as opposed to a Gravel bike

We did add a little bit to the loop as we went to Unicoi Gap the back way :).

This ride will become one of our favorites as we stay in the mountains.
